  • ALT_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • ALT_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER Truffle oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

The Process

Cook Pasta

Cook the durum pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the sliced cep mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add Veg

Add the sliced pak choi and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Gently stir in the lychee and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Drizzle + Toss

Drizzle truffle oil over the cooked ingredients, toss until combined, and cook for 2 minutes to meld flavors.

Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and fresh truffle shavings.
