Ingredients:
1.5 oz Havana Club rum
45 fresh mint leaves
1/2 fresh grapefruit, juiced
1/4 fresh orange, juiced
1/2 oz almond syrup
1/4 oz elderflower liqueur
Ice Cubes
Fresh mint sprig and grapefruit twist, for garnish - Pinch of sea salt
The Process

Muddle
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves and a pinch of sea salt to release their flavors.

Add the Havana Club rum, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh orange juice, almond syrup, and elderflower liqueur to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
