Ingredients:
2 ripe pears
8 dates, pitted
200 grams of fresh mozzarella cheese
4 slices of sourdough bread
100 grams of Speculoos cookies
2 tablespoons of honey
Fresh mint leaves for garnish- A pinch of salt
The Process
